Text to Image AI

Describe a picture in words. The Renoise Agent writes the full prompt, picks an image model and makes it.

Try:

What can text to image AI make from one prompt?

Text to image with readable words

Put the words in quotes. GPT Image 2.5 set "NIGHT SWIM SESSIONS" and the date line exactly as typed.

Risograph poster of a swimmer in a night pool under the headline NIGHT SWIM SESSIONS, real model output

A comic page with speech bubbles from text

Script each panel in the prompt. Nano Banana Pro lettered all three speech bubbles and the parcel label.

A text to image generator with an agent

Writes the prompt

A one-line idea becomes a full prompt with subject, style, light and layout.

Picks the model

GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedream, Midjourney and more, or the one you name.

Credits shown first

Each image arrives as a task card with the prompt, model and estimated credits.

Keeps going

Ask for a variation or a new ratio, or turn the image into a video.

Write a Prompt

How do I turn text into an image with AI?

Describe the subject, the setting, the style and the light, put any words that must appear in quotes, and send it. The Renoise Agent turns that into a full prompt, picks an image model such as GPT Image or Nano Banana, and returns the image in the chat.

Not happy with it? Change one thing in the prompt and run it again, or ask for the same prompt on a second model and keep the better picture.

Want to pick the model, resolution and ratio yourself? Use the AI image generator.

Turn text into an image in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Describe the image

Type the subject, setting, style and light in the box above. Quote any words that must appear.

  2. Step 2

    Check the task card

The Agent shows the prompt, model and estimated credits. Edit the prompt before it runs.

  3. Step 3

    Refine or download

Ask for one change at a time in the same chat, or download the image.

Write a Prompt

How to write a text to image prompt

Every prompt on this page follows the same order. The quotes below come from those prompts.

  1. Start with the subject and viewpoint

Say what the picture is and where the camera stands: "A cozy corner bookshop at night seen from the street".

  2. Then light, style and lens

Add one look and stick to it: "warm morning light", "risograph print texture", "35mm street photography", "painterly fantasy concept art".

  3. Put exact words in quotes, and say where they go

Headline at the top, one line at the bottom, a chalkboard on the pavement. Models that render text copy what is inside the quotes.

  4. End with what to leave out

"No other text, no logos" or "No readable text, no signs" cuts stray lettering. It lowers the odds, not to zero: Nano Banana 2 still added a jar label in the chalkboard test.

Which text to image model fits your prompt?

Six of the image models the Agent can pick from, with what happened to the words in our own runs on this page. All of them are on one plan.

Same prompt, different text to image models

The prompt, word for word: "A small corner coffee shop at golden hour, photographed from across a quiet street, vertical frame. Above the door, a hand-painted wooden sign reads "THE MORNING BENCH" and below it, smaller gold lettering: "Coffee · Pastries · Since 1987". On the pavement, a chalkboard reads "Today: Cardamom Bun + Flat White". A barista with curly red hair and a green apron stands in the doorway holding a paper cup, smiling. Warm, realistic 35mm street photography, natural light. Completely original characters."

One storefront prompt rendered by three image models side by side, real model output
Left to right: Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana 2. One run each, 2K, 9:16.
  1. All three spelled every word

"THE MORNING BENCH", "Coffee · Pastries · Since 1987" and the chalkboard line came out right on every model.

  2. They differ in framing and light

Pro shot the corner with an awning, 2.1 went straight on, and Nano Banana 2 framed a blue corner shop.

  3. Extra text is the usual slip

Nano Banana 2 added a "CHURCH STRE…" street sign nobody asked for. Run one prompt on two models and keep the cleaner one.

Text to image mistakes, and the prompt fix

Real runs where the picture missed the prompt, and the line that fixed it.

Pseudo-letters

On a noodle-shop prompt, both Midjourney versions filled the signs with letter-like shapes that spell nothing.

Screen-print style lighthouse poster at sunset with no lettering, real model output

Fixed: no letters

Ending a Midjourney poster prompt with "no text, no letters" gave a clean print with no stray lettering.

Two coffee-shop chalkboard images from one prompt side by side, real model output

Unasked labels

Both menus are right, but Nano Banana 2 (right) labelled a jar "CARDAMOM BUNS" despite "no other text".

Unbranded vintage camper van by a campfire under the Milky Way, real model output

Fixed: real logo

The first run put a real carmaker badge on the van. "Unbranded, no badges or logos" removed it.

Text to image prompt examples, word for word

Many text to image pages show a gallery and keep the prompts to themselves. Every image on this page came from one of the prompts below, copied from the task record with nothing trimmed. Paste any of them into the box at the top to start from a known result, then change one part at a time: the subject, the light or the words in quotes.

Notice what they have in common. Each one names a subject first, then the setting, then a single style and the light. Words that must appear are inside quotes with a position. And each ends by saying what to leave out, which is the line that most often decides whether a sign comes out clean.

Chalkboard menu (the hero example)

A cozy independent coffee shop counter in warm morning light. On the wall behind the counter hangs a large black chalkboard menu, hand-lettered in white chalk with exactly two lines of text: "OAT FLAT WHITE 4.50" on the first line and "CARDAMOM BUN 3.75" on the second line. In front of it, a smiling barista with short curly hair and a mustard-yellow apron hands a white ceramic cup across the wooden counter toward the camera. Realistic photography, shallow depth of field, the chalk lettering sharp and legible. Completely original person, not resembling any real person or existing character. No logos, no brand names, no other text.

Night swim poster

Poster for an original indie music night. Large bold sans-serif headline at the top: "NIGHT SWIM SESSIONS". One smaller line at the bottom: "Fri 14 Nov · The Dock Room · 8 PM". Illustration: a lone swimmer floating on her back in a glowing turquoise pool at night under strings of warm lights, risograph print texture, two-colour teal and coral palette. No other text, no logos.

Nano Banana Pro · 2K · 3:4

Four-panel comic

A full-colour comic book page, four panels in a 2x2 grid with clean white gutters. Completely original characters, not resembling any existing anime, game, comic or film character. Story: a young courier with short teal hair and a yellow raincoat delivers a parcel to a grumpy old lighthouse keeper on a stormy island. Panel 1: she steps off a small boat onto the wet dock, speech bubble: "Special delivery! Nobody else would take the boat." Panel 2: the white-bearded keeper frowns in his doorway, speech bubble: "I didn't order anything." Panel 3: close-up of the parcel label, which reads "TO: THE KEEPER - FROM: YOUR DAUGHTER". Panel 4: the keeper smiles with wet eyes, holding the parcel, speech bubble: "Come in. I'll put the kettle on." Bold ink lines, flat colour with soft shading, clean hand-lettered comic font, every word spelled exactly as written.

Wani Ruvaid
Renoise has been a great platform for AI creativity. The tools are easy to use, the experience is smooth, and it makes creating content more enjoyable and efficient. I really appreciate the work the team is doing and look forward to seeing more improvements. Highly recommended!

What I like about Renoise AI compared to other platforms: Fast generation speed: Slow generation takes up way too much time, but Renoise AI is surprisingly about 30% faster. Intuitive and user-friendly UI: Cheaply made platforms have terrible UIs that make me not even want to log in, but Renoise is very clean and convenient. Remembers my previous settings: It helpfully remembers my last workspace settings. Some odd platforms force you to re-adjust everything every single time you generate a video, which is extremely frustrating. Overall preference: For all these reasons, Renoise AI is definitely my preferred platform. Thank you!
Zeus
Renoise is your go to one stop all for ai creators. all view and use all models in one place, for any type of content you have your mind on!
Michał Reszka
I have a creat experience with the app. Consistent characters but also unique. THere were some issues with storyline continuity and non-typical humanoid characters.

Text to image AI FAQ

1.Is text to image AI free?

No. Renoise has no free plan. Chatting with the Agent costs no credits; each image it makes is billed in credits by model and resolution, from $0.03 per image. See pricing for plans.

2.Is text to image the same as AI image generation?

Yes, it is the same kind of tool: text to image is its most common use. This page hands your prompt to the Agent, which picks the model. To choose the model, resolution and ratio yourself, use the AI image generator.

3.What is the best text to image AI?

It depends on the picture. For words on posters and comics, Nano Banana Pro and GPT Image 2.5 spelled everything right in our tests. For stylized art, Midjourney. For painterly or photoreal scenes, Seedream 5.0 Pro. Run one prompt on two models and keep the better image.

4.How do I write a good text to image prompt?

Subject and viewpoint first, then setting, one style and the light. Put words that must appear in quotes and say where they go. End with what to leave out, such as "No other text, no logos". Change one thing per run.

5.Can text to image AI write readable text?

Yes, on the right model. Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2.5 and GPT Image 2 set headlines, menus and speech bubbles exactly as typed in our runs. Long paragraphs can still break. Midjourney does not render text.

6.Can I use the ChatGPT or Gemini image models?

Yes. GPT Image is OpenAI's image model, the one behind ChatGPT Images. Nano Banana is Google's Gemini image model family. Renoise has both on one plan. See GPT Image 2.5 and Nano Banana Pro.

7.What resolution and aspect ratios can I get?

Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2.5 and GPT Image 2 go up to 4K; Seedream 5.0 Pro and Grok Imagine Image up to 2K. Square, 16:9 and 9:16 work on every model; Nano Banana 2 and 2.1 reach 1:8 and 8:1.

8.Text to image vs image to image: what's the difference?

Text to image starts from words only. Image to image starts from a photo you add and changes it. See AI Image to Image, or the AI Photo Editor to edit a photo with one sentence.

9.Can I turn the image into a video?

Yes. Ask the Agent in the same chat to animate it, and it sends the image to a video model. For a one-step version, see Image to Video AI.

10.Can I make images of real people or celebrities?

No celebrities, public figures or minors. Real faces only with likeness authorization from the person. For anyone else, describe an invented person and add a line like "Completely original person, not resembling any real person".
